Tara DelloIacono Thies, Registered Dietician
Jenine Wright, Founder
Jenine received her Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Adelphi University in New York and Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance and Fitness from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Prior to founding Fit Lifestyle Studios, she was a Health Promotion Director for an international biotech organization. Jenine organized all of their employees wellness programs, developed ergonomic and injury prevention programs and managed the onsite fitness center.
Jenine worked as a Clinical Physiologist post grad school in cardiology at one of the major hospitals in Boston. She has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for over 20 years, and has worked with a diverse clientele from cardiac rehabilitation, health promotion, and childhood obesity to training professional athletes including the New York Islanders.
Jenine has volunteered as a coach for Marathon Charities including the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Greater Boston Food Bank, and has trained hundreds of individuals for events from sprint triathlons to the Boston Marathon.
Jenine has served as an examiner for the American College of Sports Medicine. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as an Exercise Specialist and Health Fitness Instructor. Jenine has a strong passion for whole food nutrition and is a Nutrition Educator, presenting at wellness conferences, schools and corporations. Jenine is certified by the American Heart Association as a CPR and First Aid BLS Instructor. She also holds certifications by the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in group exercise, Mad Dogg Athletics in SPINNING®, Battling Ropes. Jenine is STOTT Pilates® Mat ReformerTrained, Injury and Special Population. Jenine continually trains the medical community and general population in CPR AED and First Aid.

I have worked with many personal trainers in the past 5 years until I finally was introduced to Jenine Wright. She posesses such great knowledge of the way the body responds to exercise and nutrition and has such a huge apparent passion for helping people reach their goals.

Brian Wright, Founder
In addition to founding Fit Lifestyle Studios, Brian is a Professional Firefighter EMT. Brian has a true passion for the public safety work he does and is continuously working to improve the health status of his colleagues. Brian holds a degree in applied science and has spent over 13 years in the fitness and wellness industry.
Prior to founding Fit Lifestyle Studios, Brian applied his fitness knowledge to public safety, developing wellness programs for those populations and presenting to departments encouraging the development of wellness education. He has worked with a diverse clientele from professional athletes and adolescent athletes to public safety and the general population.
Brian is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine, Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, is a Mad Dogg SPINNING® Instructor and is an American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor. Brian is also responsible for the continual CPR AED Training for his department.

Stephanie Ortolani , Exercise Physiologist
Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst). She holds certifications by American Council on Exercise (ACE) in Personal training, Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) in Kickboxing, Mad Dogg Athletics in SPINNING®, and American Heart Association in CPR and First Aid.
Stephanie has worked in Corporate Fitness for over five years as an Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Director. She has experience implementing wellness programs and presenting to whole departments within companies on numerous health and fitness related topics including Healthy Back, Pregnancy and Exercise.
Stephanie has a true passion for health and wellness and helping people better their lives through fitness and good nutrition. Stephanie believes true change is a lot more mental than physical and anything is possible with a positive attitude.
Danna Buono is a former teacher with a Masters in Education from Suffolk University. She was very attracted to the fitness industry due to her active nature and love for overall health and well being. In 1980 Dannadecided with her education in teaching and love for fitness, she could make a positive impact in the fitness industry.
Danna began working as an instructor for the Jacki Sorensen Aerobic Programs as
the Assistant to the Northeast Regional Manager. She owned a
small fitness studio in Stoneham offering personal training and group classes. Danna
is a Stott Trained and Certified Pilates Instructor with high respect and experience in the Stott method.
She is currently an ACE Certified personal trainer and is certified in Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED by the American Heart Association.
Danna loves to offer all of the amazing benefits of pilates to her clients and enjoys their improvements in strength, energy and flexibility. She works with all ages and abilities, however especially enjoys working with beginners, building a good foundation and observing all of the many benefits it brings to them.

Tara DelloIacono Thies, our Nutrition Consultant, is a registered dietitian and nutrition strategist for Clif Bar & Company, a leader in the organic food industry. Tara provides strategic guidance on nutrition related issues, translates cutting edge scientific research into product development and ensures the nutritional integrity of foods baked in the Clif Bar bakery. Skilled at explaining nutrition to the public, Tara also answers consumer questions, presents seminars and writes the Eat Well article at LUNABAR.COM.
Aware that proper diet and fitness are essential for optimal health, Tara participates in a variety of sports which inform her knowledge of sports nutrition, weight management and wellness. An avid runner and two-time marathon finisher, she also mountain bikes and practices yoga on a regular basis. As a new mother, Tara is also both personally and professionally informed about the nutritional needs of mothers, children, and families.
Before joining Clif Bar & Company Tara served as a Clinical Dietitian for Catholic Healthcare West. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Dietetic Association. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from Montana State University and became a Registered Dietitian after completing an internship in San Francisco. Tara resides in San Francisco with her husband and son. She provides nutrition consulting to the clients of Fit Lifestyle Studios using virtual technology.
