How to use the FLS (New!) Appointment System for Classes, Appointments and Purchases

Our calendar is a key part of our customer service.  We want to give you the opportunity to see all classes and appointments available and allow you to sign-up for the services you want 24/7 without having to call the Studio.

Through our online calendar you can:

  • View all scheduled studio activities
  • Select and book time with a personal trainer
  • Sign up for classes and workshops
  • Reschedule or cancel classes, workshops and personal training sessions (some restrictions apply)
  • Arrange for a baby sitter for your children while you are at the studio
  • Purchase our popular 10-pack and 20-pack class passes
  • Purchase Silver, Gold or Platinum unlimited monthly passes

 

REGISTERING FOR THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

  • FIRST TIME LOGIN
    • Select Sign Up! In the upper right corner of the page.  Click here to access the appointment system.
    • Enter your First and Last Name, Click Next
      • Most clients currently holding class passes and unlimited monthly passes will be prompted to select their name and enter their email address to verify their record
    • Follow the prompts to complete your profile information (address, mobile phone and email are required) and to create a password.  You can opt out of email notifications, but this also means you will not receive email reminders of your
  • SUBSEQUENT LOGIN
    • Enter your email address and password in the upper right corner of the page.  Click here to access the appointment system.
    • Select Log In

BASIC SYSTEM NAVIGATION

  • CLASSES tab
    • View and book group classes
    • Group classes may be scheduled, re-scheduled and cancelled 1 hour prior to start of class
    • Group Reformer classes require 24 hour sign-up and cancellation
  • APPOINTMENTS tab
    • View and book Private Training, Semi-Private Training and Child Care
    • All appointments require 24 hour sign-up and cancellation
  • MY INFO tab
    • View and edit your PROFILE, including changing your password
    • View all your booked classes and appointments under MY SCHEDULE
    • View your class and appointment history including you attendance status under VISIT HISTORY
      • Missed classes are subject to a $10 penalty fee
    • View unlimited monthly pass and class pass purchase history under PURCHASE HISTORY
      • Current active unlimited monthly passes and class passes have been loaded from the previous appointment system
      • History does not include expired and used passes from the previous system
    • View remaining class credits for current class passes, status for monthly unlimited passes and scheduled auto payments for unlimited monthly payments under ACCOUNT
  • ONLINE STORE tab
    • Purchase 10- and 20-Class Passes, Private Training packages, Semi-Private Training packages and Child Care credits under SALES & MEMBERSHIP
    • Purchase Silver, Gold and Platinum unlimited monthly passes under CONTRACTS

 

BOOKING CLASSES

  • The CLASSES tab will show the class schedule for the current week
    • Use the date controls in the upper right corner to display other dates
  • Select the class you want to sign up for by clicking the SIGN UP NOW button
    • REGISTERED! Appears in place of the SIGN UP NOW button is you have already registered for the class
  • To book the current class date and time, select MAKE A SINGLE RESERVATION on the left side of the page
  • To book the class for multiple (recurring) weeks
    • Select an end date from the drop down list
      • The system will display the number of recurring classes which will be booked
    • Select MAKE A RECURRING RESERVATION
  • Once the booking is complete, the system will display the MY SCHEDULE page under MY INFO so you can see your complete list of classes and appointments

 

BOOKING PRIVATE AND SEMI-PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS and CHILD CARE

  • Select the APPOINTMENTS tab
  • Option 1 – Select the BROWSE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE button on the right
    • The system displays the scheduled for one day at a time.  The date is noted on the left side of the page.  Use the date navigation buttons to display other dates
    • Available time slots display in light gray and show “Private Training Semi-Private Training”  or “Child Care”in the time block
    • Select PRIVATE TRAINING or SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING or CHILD CARE in the desired time block
    • Verify the information in the Select Appointment Details screen
    • Click BOOK (or BOOK RECURRING APPOINTMENT)
      • When selecting BOOK RECURRING APPOINTMENT, you may be restricted by the number of credits you have available
    • Once the booking is complete, the system will display the MY SCHEDULE page under MY INFO so you can see your complete list of classes and appointments
  • Option 2 – Select the appointment type you are looking for (Private, Semi-Private or Child Care)
    • Follow the prompts to select day of the week, dates and times
      • For training, select 30 minute or 55 minute session
    • Click SEARCH
    • The system will display trainer names with available dates and times
    • Select BOOK for the desired date / time
    • Verify the information in the Select Appointment Details screen
    • Click BOOK or BOOK RECURRING APPOINTMENT
      • When selecting BOOK RECURRING APPOINTMENT, you may be restricted by the number of credits you have available
    • Once the booking is complete, the system will display the MY SCHEDULE page under MY INFO so you can see your complete list of classes and appointments

 

CANCELLING A CLASS OR APPOINTMENT

  • Select the MY INFO tab, then select MY SCHEDULE
  • Find the class or appointment you want to cancel and select CANCEL on the right side of the page
  • Answer the confirmation prompt
    • OK to Cancel the class or appointment
    • CANCEL to exit the cancellation and keep the class or appointment
  • The schedule page redisplays

REMEMBER!  Missed classes are subject to a $10 penalty fee. 

  • Group classes can be scheduled, re-scheduled and cancelled up to 1 hour before the class
  • Group Reformer classes, Private Training, Semi-Private Training and Child Care require 24 hour sign-up and cancellation

 

WHAT HAPPENED TO PASSES FROM THE PREVIOUS CALENDAR SYSTEM?

  • 10- and 20-Class Passes
    • Active (non-expired) 10- and 20-class passes purchased after January 1, 2011 with unused credits have been loaded into the new system
    • Expired passes and passes with no remaining credits have not been loaded into the new system
    • In some situations, clients have multiple 10- or 20- class passes with remaining credits; those passes have been combined
  • Private Training and Child Care packages
    • Active (non-expired) Private Training and Child Care packages with unused credits purchased after January 1, 2011 with unused credits have been loaded into the system with their remaining credits
  • Unlimited Monthly Passes
    • Current Silver, Gold and Platinum unlimited monthly passes have been loaded into the new system
    • For clients with payments processed within the last 30 days of the cut over date (March 29th), the current month will appear as no change
    • Subsequent months will be charged to your credit card at the standard pass rate
    • Monthly recurring payments will be processed through the new system; the system will send an email notification when the payment has been processed
    • You can see your next scheduled payment under MY INFO / ACCOUNT

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FUTURE CLASS AND APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS?

  • Class and Appointment bookings for April and May have been pre-loaded into the system
    • For clients who booked classes after May using a 10- or 20-class pass, credits have been returned to their pass record
    • We would have liked to pre-load class reservations for dates after May, but loading the reservations was a manual effort which took a lot of staff time
