Fit Lifestyle Studios has established the following Terms of Service:

• All sessions are 55 minutes unless otherwise negotiated.
• All classes are 50 minutes unless indicated otherwise.
• Cancellation policy:  You will be charged for no shows or appointments canceled less than twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled session.
• Expiration policy:  All unused sessions expire twelve (12) months from purchase date.
• Pre-paid sessions are non negotiable, non-transferable and non refundable except as required by applicable law.
• Fit Lifestyle Studios reserves the right to assign alternative personnel as necessary.
• Fit Lifestyle Studios requires that you comply with all policies and procedures of the facility including completing and submitting any required forms.
